Finished R.I.P. V Challenge
I finished the R.I.P. V Challenge hosted at Stainless Steel Droppings.
I participated in two Perils. Peril the First: Read four books, any length, that you feel fits my very broad definition of scary. Short Story Peril: You can read short stories any time during the challenge.
For Peril the First, I read and reviewed:
Charlaine Harris: Grave Sight
Danielle Trussoni: Angelology
Neil Gaiman: The Graveyard Book
Henry James: The Turn of the Screw
I contributed to Short Story Peril, too. Yesterday evening, I read The Masque of the Red Death by Edgar Allan Poe and The Canterville Ghost by Oscar Wilde.
I really like this challenge and had a great time fulfilling my "obligations" to it. My favourite novel read for the challenge was Angelology and my least favourite (but not at all bad) one was The Turn of the Screw. I wish I'd read more short stories, but I can still do this outside the challenge. All in all, I'm very pleased with how the challenge turned out for me.

Congrats on completing the challenge, Irena! Hope you have a wonderful week....
Congrats to you on completing this challenge!
Great job! :D
I need to re-visit some spooky short stories too. I keep running across blurbs about Poe, but haven't read his stuff in a long while.
Interesting about Turn of the Screw. The Innocents with Debra Karr is one of my favorite spooky movies. I haven't read the book though.
Hey Irena!!
Was searching for a review of Cecelia Ahern's book The Book Of Tomorrow and came across your blog. :)
Must say I loved your blog, being an avid reader and a passionate lover of books. Will be back to read more. :)
